Takes the program out of Desk Video Mode, restarts the program, and puts the program into Web Monitor Mode. Variables are reset to 0 since the program is restarted. Typically this command is used after change some program parameters in Desk Video Mode, then putting the program back into Web Monitoring Mode.
Note:
Putting program back into Web Monitor Mode, is where it should be for remote
access, and unattended monitoring.
